According to Telegraph, Tripura Police arrested two tribal youths on October 13, barely 24 hours after busting their rented house where explosives for the October 1 serial blasts were allegedly assembled. On October 12, Crime Investigation Department (CID) raided the house at Bhati Abhaynagar area of Agartala where these three tribal youth were staying. On October 12-night police picked up a worker of the Indigenous Nationalist Party of Tripura (INPT), one 50-year-old Budhi Debbarma. He had introduced the two tribal youths who had rented the house of Satyajit Roy. The tribal youths Shanti Debbarma and Angad Santhal were arrested from Baigyabari under the Sidhai police station in West Tripura. The police suspect them to be collaborators of the All Tripura Tiger Force (ATTF).
