Two top commanders of the All Tripura Tiger Force (ATTF), identified as captain Michael and lieutenant Royal Debbarma, and their wives surrendered before Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Jirania in the West Tripura District on January 5, according to Telegraph.
