Mister Sahansa had become the central commander of Terai Army after its commander Mister John was killed in Police action in May 2009. Police seized two guns, some bullets, two motorcycles, two mobile sets with SIM cards, gold and silver lockets and cash from the arrested. Police said the armed outfits were involved in extortion, kidnapping and murder in Rautahat and Sarlahi. They were also involved in bomb explosions in the capital.
