The Kapilvastu District Police arrested three cadres of the Samyukta Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (SJTMM) for possession of weapons from Mutajhutawa in the Bithuwa Village Development Committee (VDC) area in the night of July 19, The Himalayan Times.
