A motorcycle-borne youth suspected to be a Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) cadre shot dead three persons, including one Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) personnel, in the Teen Pulia area of Khandwa District on November 28, according to Daily Excelsior.
