However, the coordinator identified as Sheikh Omar Sharif Al Maruf Russell (35), could not be arrested. On information, Khulshi police arrested Nazmul Haque (19), a first year student of electrical and electronics engineering department of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, from Sholoshahar area in the afternoon of May 15 on suspicion of his involvement with the outfit, Police sources said. During interrogation, Nazmul confessed that he knows Chittagong regional coordinator Russell and went twice to his Khulshi residence. After receiving a court order, the Police broke into Russell's residence on the fifth floor of Tarif Mansion at South Khulshi and found the leaflets, posters, Islami books and documents.
