There is a clear link between militant groups and the recent law and order situation in the Valley, Watali said. The modules were also involved in a string of grenade attacks in South Kashmir, he added, saying, Most of the militants are associated with the Lashkar-e-Toiba [LeT] but also have links with Hizb-ul-Mujahideen [HM].
