The five, aged between 26-30 years, were arrested with 2,000 detonators and around 50 kilograms of widely used commercial explosive ammonium nitrate. It appears that the five were supposed to hand over the illegal consignment of explosives to Maoists, Police Inspector Deepak Pandey told reporters. Of the five arrested, four are from Maoist-hit Rohtas district of Bihar, while another is from Uttar Pradesh's Chandauli district, he added.
