According to sources, Police raided a vocational centre of an Afghan-based NGO at the People s Colony and held five people for their suspicious presence in the area. Quoting from travel documents, Police sources identified the foreigners as James Richard, Jonathan Pawl and Daniel Ryan. They are believed to be American nationals. The women, belonging to a Karachi-based NGO, were identified as Saba Gul and Sumera Saher.
