Police arrested two suspected Hizb-ut-Tahrir (HuT) cadres in Dhaka city on July 12, reports The Daily Star. Raihan Sharif (22), was picked up from the south gate of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, when the Police noticed him distributing leaflets authored by the group. The leaflets, which contained inflammatory material about the Government, were being given to the people coming out of the mosque after Friday prayers.
