According to police sources, two suspected ULFA militants have been taking shelter in a temporary office of Water Resource Department, Government of Assam, Gavaru bridge, near Mohmari village for the last few days. Police is yet to identity the deceased ULFA militant. SFs recovered one 7.6 pistol, one 7.6 pistol magazine, one AK 47 rifle s empty cartridge, and one hand grenade from the encounter site.
