A source said that the four persons were arrested by personnel of Imphal Police Station from New Lambulane in New Checkon area in Imphal East District. They were later handed over to Saikul Police Station .The arrested persons were identified as Jangkholun Touthang (65) and his wife Akim Touthang (56), Solunthang Touthang (22) and a juvenile.Earlier, five cadres of KNO/KLA including the guard commander deserted the designated Sinai Camp along with weapons on January 2.
