Context

This data was extracted from the following paragraph of the newspaper clippings.

In a recent press release by the KLO general secretary Kailash Koch, the organisation has threatened the Bengal and Assam governments that it might target refugees in north Bengal and lower Assam districts, if the alleged torturing of the Koch-Rajbongshi did not stop. Koch alleged that a joint team of Bengal and Assam police had arrested the sister and brother-in-law of their deputy commander-in chief , other protesters and Koch Rajbongshi from several areas with fake notes and tortured them without any reason. We strongly condemn the police action and called a 24-hour bandh on January 12 (later postponed to January 17) because of the harassment meted out to innocent Koch-Rajbongshis. Unless the Bengal and Assam Governments stop this and release the arrested people, we might be compelled to take action against Bengali refugees, the statement said.
