Based on a tip-off received by Superintendent of Police, Asra Garg, the NSD wing was instructed to raid Chetty s house and field. The team found the farmer had explosives without a proper licence in his house. He allegedly supplied them to quarries and to dig wells. Explosives were seized and the farmer was produced before the Palacode Judicial Magistrate and remanded in custody.
