IM top 'commander' Waqas alias Javed Mohammmad alias Zia Ur Rehman is a Pakistani who came to India for the first time in September 2010, along with Asadullah Akhtar alias Haddi. Waqas was arrested outside Ajmer railway station on March 22, when he alighted from a train, which came from Bandra, Mumbai Mid-Day reports on March 24.
